This study aimed to explore the predictive factors and model of SLE flares after remission, providing basis for clinical decision-making.
Patients And Methods: SLE patients recruited at the Peking Union Medical College Hospital (PUMCH), were all registered in the Chinese SLE treatment and research (CSTAR) registry cohort and had experienced at least one remission before December 31, 2020.
Background: Renal involvement is not uncommon in patients with systemic sclerosis (SSc) and presents in various forms, particularly progressing to scleroderma renal crisis (SRC), which is associated with poor prognosis. Therefore, understanding the research trends in this field is critical for advancing clinical management and therapeutic strategies.
Methods: A bibliometric analysis was conducted using the Web of Science Core Collection, examining publications related to SSc and renal involvement from January 2000 to November 2024.
Objective: To investigate the clinical features and treatment outcomes of anti-leucine-rich glioma-inactivated 1 (anti-LGI1) encephalitis in patients with SLE.
Methods: Between October 2014 and April 2024, serum or cerebrospinal fluid samples were collected from 332 patients with SLE suspected of autoimmune encephalitis. Cell-based assays were used to detect autoimmune antibodies, including anti-LGI1 antibodies.
Background: Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is frequently associated with a lower rate of live birth and a higher incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes (APOs), and pregnancy can also increase the risk of SLE flares. Comprehensive preconception assessment is critical for improved pregnancy outcomes in patients with SLE. Unfortunately, no global consensus on the conditions that patients with SLE should fulfill prior to pregnancy has yet been formed.

The lower gastrointestinal involvement (LGIT) in systemic sclerosis (SSc-LGIT) is a serious manifestation and has a poor prognosis. This study aims to explore the related risk factors of SSc-LGIT that require hospitalisation and build a clinical risk model.

The underlying mechanisms driving immune dysfunction and lung injury, however, remain poorly understood. The study aims to gain insights into the disrupted immune landscape in peripheral and pulmonary compartments of severe anti-MDA5+ DM and explore potential therapeutic targets.

Odds ratios (OR) and mean differences (MD), as well as their 95% confidence intervals (CI) were used to quantify effect sizes. We employed fixed-effect or random-effect models based on heterogeneity assessments (I statistics).

However, it is limited by the susceptibility of HMF to the oxidative environment and requires efficient electrocatalysts. Herein, a NiMo complex (NiMo-N) is provided as the precatalyst for the HMFOR, exhibiting favorable performances with a current density of 450 mA·cm achieved at an anodic potential of 1.

This study aimed to create and validate a new multi-predictor nomogram to predict SRC risk and compare it to an existing model.
Methods: A retrospective multicentre observational study was conducted using clinical data from SSc patients with SRC registered in the Chinese Rheumatism Data Center (CRDC) database.
Aim: The continuous update of international guidelines and enhanced availability of biological disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (bDMARDs) and targeted synthetic DMARDs (tsDMARDs) have made a significant impact on the diagnosis and treatment of early rheumatoid arthritis (ERA). This study aims to systematically evaluate the current treatment strategies and outcomes within a large-scale cohort of patients with ERA.
Methods: Data from the Chinese Registry of Rheumatoid Arthritis (CREDIT), a large multicenter Chinese registry of RA, were collected to analyze temporal trends in clinical profiles, therapeutic strategies, and treatment outcomes among patients with ERA.
Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune disease with destructive arthritis as its main clinical manifestation, which is a major cause of disability. It is very important to formulate and update a guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of RA that adhere to international guideline development standards and can be applied to clinical practice in China. This guideline is endorsed and developed by the National Clinical Research Center for Dermatologic and Immunologic Diseases, collaborated with Rheumatologists Branch of Chinese Medical Doctor Association, Rheumatology Rehabilitation Branch of Chinese Association of Rehabilitation Medicine, Rheumatology Branch of Chinese Research Hospital Association, and Rheumatology Branch of Beijing Association of Holistic Integrative Medicine, based on grading of recommendations assessment, development and evaluation (GRADE) and reporting items for practice guidelines in healthcare (RIGHT).

Methods: The medical records of patients with SS-CA at the Peking Union Medical College Hospital (PUMCH) between January 2010 and August 2022 were retrieved. Clinical data and survival outcomes were compared to controls.
Background: Patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) suffered from an increasing risk of cardiovascular diseases. In this multi-center prospective study, we aimed to determine the association between antiphospholipid antibodies (aPLs) and future atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) in SLE.
Methods: In total, 1573 SLE patients were recruited based on the Chinese SLE Treatment and Research group (CSTAR) registry.
Objective: Severe gastrointestinal lesions are associated with a poor prognosis in eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA). The goal of this study was to develop an effective predictive model for gastrointestinal lesions and to examine clinical patterns, associated factors, treatment, and outcomes of gastrointestinal lesions in EGPA.
Methods: We retrospectively enrolled 165 EGPA patients.
Background: Thrombocytopenia (TP) is a hematological manifestation of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and is associated with unfavorable prognostic outcomes. This study aimed to develop a risk prediction model for new-onset TP in SLE patients.
Methods: Based on the multicenter prospective Chinese SLE Treatment and Research Group (CSTAR) registry, newly diagnosed SLE patients without TP at registration were enrolled.

Dysregulated B-cell activation plays pivotal roles in IgG4-related disease (IgG4-RD), which makes B-cell depletion a potential strategy for IgG4-RD treatment. In this study, we aimed to investigate the feasibility of applying anti-CD19 chimeric antigen receptor T(CAR-T) cell therapy to IgG4-RD treatment in a mouse disease model based on LatY136F knock-in (Lat) mice. We constructed murine anti-CD19 CARs with either CD28 or 4-1BB as the intracellular costimulatory motif and evaluated the therapeutic function of the corresponding CAR-T cells by infusing them into Lat mice.

Herein, we attempt to assemble Fe SCO complexes using a substituted Hqsal ligand, HL (-(8-quinolyl)-2,3-dihydroxybenzaldimine). Two complexes [Fe(HL)]·X·2MeCN (X = BF for 1 and X = ClO for 2) were obtained and characterized.

Objectives: As fibroblast-like synoviocyte activation and bone formation are associated with psoriatic arthritis (PsA), positron emission tomography (PET) using the tracers of 68Ga-fibroblast activation protein inhibitor (FAPI) and 18F-sodium fluoride (NaF) may sensitively detect the disease. In this prospective study, we aimed to evaluate the performance of 68Ga-FAPI PET/CT in PsA and to compare it with 18F-NaF PET/CT.
