Diaporchalasin A, a new PDE4 inhibitory cytochalasin from -derived fungus sp. XMA007.

A novel cytochalasin named diaporchalasin A () bearing a cinnamenyl and an epoxy-macrocycloketone, and a new benzenepropionic acid derivative (), and two known compounds ( and ) were isolated from -derived fungus sp. XMA007. Their structures were elucidated through detailed spectroscopic analysis, and the absolute configuration of was determined by conformational analysis and TDDFT-ECD calculation.
