Coordinated DNA Methylation and Gene Expression Data for Identification of the Critical Genes Associated with Childhood Atopic Asthma.

Asthma is a chronic inflammatory disorder of airways that involves in many cells and factors. This study aimed to screen critical genes and miRNAs involved in childhood atopic asthma. DNA methylation and gene expression data (access numbers GSE65163 and GSE65204) were downloaded from Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database, which included 72 atopic asthmatic subject samples and 69 healthy samples.
