Background: Depersonalization-Derealization Disorder (DPRD) presents challenges in understanding its neurobiological underpinnings. Several neuroimaging studies have revealed altered brain function and structure in DPRD. However, the knowledge about large-scale dysfunctional brain networks in DPRD remains unknown.

Sixty male C57BL/6J mice were grouped as follows: control, model, low, medium, and high-dose(10, 20, 40 mg·kg~(-1), respectively) Tan Ⅱ_A, and colchicine(0.2 mg·kg~(-1)), with 10 mice in each group.

Transcranial electrical stimulation (taVNS) holds promise as a potential therapeutic approach for DPD. This study aims to investigate the safety and efficacy of taVNS in treating DPD.

The aim of this study is to elucidate a new surgical classification algorithm to guide the choice of surgical approaches for cervical OPLL based on its location and extent. In this algorithm, anterior controllable antedisplacement and fusion (ACAF) will be used as a new surgical option.

However, the metabolic characteristics of AF patients with concomitant CHD remain unclear. The aims of this study were to elucidate the metabolic profiles of patients with AF and CHD to seek new therapeutic targets and related factors of AF combined with CHD.

While several studies have employed multi-task learning with multiple BioNER datasets to reduce human effort, this approach does not consistently yield performance improvements and may introduce label ambiguity in different biomedical corpora. We aim to tackle those challenges through transfer learning from easily accessible resources with fewer concept overlaps with biomedical datasets.

Background: The co-occurrence of rheumatoid arthritis and depression typically exacerbates pain and leads to a range of adverse consequences, becoming a research hotspot in recent years. This study conducted the systematic retrieval of relevant articles within the past five years and employed bibliometric methods for scientometric analysis.
Methods: Setting the keywords "Rheumatoid arthritis", "Depression" and "Depressive Disorder", relevant literature published between 2019 and 2023 was retrieved from the Web of Science database.

Background: Lots of patients with bipolar disorder (BD) continue to have residual symptoms after treatment in their remission, BD exhibits intricate characteristics and transformation patterns in its residual symptoms, residual symptoms of different polarities and degrees can mix with and transform to each other. There is a need for further investigation of BD as a comprehensive multivariate disease system. The current research lacks network analyses focusing on BD's residual and subsyndromal symptoms.

Emerging reports support lower mortality and reduced case numbers in highland areas; however, comparative studies on the cumulative impact of environmental factors and viral genetic diversity on COVID-19 infection rates have not been performed to date.
Objective: The aims of this study were to determine the difference in COVID-19 infection rates between high and low altitudes, and to explore whether the difference in the pandemic trend in the high-altitude region of China compared to that of the lowlands is influenced by environmental factors, population density, and biological mechanisms.
