To study the intrinsic factors that are associated with cancer radioresistance, we established 4 radioresistant prostate (22Rv1 and DU145) and head and neck cancer (FaDu and HK1) models by irradiating their wild-type parentals to 90 Gy, mimicking the fractionated radiotherapy schema that is often using in the clinic, and performed whole exome and transcriptome sequencing of the radioresistant and wild-type models. Comparative genomic analyses detected the enrichment of mismatch repair mutational signatures (SBS6, 14, 15, 20) across all the cell lines and several non-synonymous single nucleotide variants involved in pro-survival pathways.

Methods: A set of 4,522 computed tomography (CT) reports of 550 patients with 14 types of cancer was used to fine-tune four clinical large language models (LLMs) for multilabel classification of metastatic sites. We also developed an NLP information extraction (IE) system (on the basis of named entity recognition, assertion status detection, and relation extraction) for comparison.
Aim: The aim of the third Asia-Pacific Advanced Prostate Cancer Consensus Conference (APAC APCCC 2023) was to discuss the application in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region of consensus statements from the 4th Advanced Prostate Cancer Consensus Conference (APCCC 2022).

Background And Purpose: The delineation of clinical target volume (CTV) for primary nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is currently controversial and the international guideline still recommend a uniform border for CTV regardless of the tumor extent. We conducted this prospective, real-world study to evaluate the clinical outcomes of our individualized CTV delineation method based on distance plus substructures.
