The article presents an experience of organization and production of comprehensive forensic expertises in the framework of arbitration proceeding on claims of medical organization to insurance medical companies concerning the amount of payment for the rendered health care in the field of «ophthalmology» with patients' admission to round-the-clock inpatient hospital. The methodology and algorithm of forensic expertise production after earlier conducted examinations of health care quality on case materials and original medical records of hospital patients are provided.

In this work, we investigate the phase transition behavior in BaGaSe, an important middle infrared (mid-IR) nonlinear optical (NLO) crystal, in the temperature range from room temperature to 1173 K. Interestingly, the BaGaSe crystal undergoes a reversible ferroelastic phase transition at = 528 K, resulting in the presence of a newly discovered phase (γ-phase) at the higher temperature.

Large crystals of high optical quality are grown. DTA revealed features at 1224 K below melting point (1304 K) that are associated with the oxygen containing compounds of the LiGaO S type.

The range of their applicability continues to expand, which demands the development of new DESs with improved properties. To do so requires an understanding of the fundamental relationship between the structure and properties of DESs.

The systems were considered in a melt state. The branched model OLA chains comprised one branching point and three branches, while the linear OLA chains examined had a molecular weight similar to the branched chains.

To this end, microsecond atomistic molecular dynamics simulations were performed. Almost no influence of graft length on the fraction of the grafted chains backfolded to the grafting surface was found.

A sequence of symmetry transformations with the temperature change was established: P4/mbm (Z = 2) (G) ↔ Pbam (Z = 4) (G) ↔ P2/c (Z = 4) (G) ↔ P1[combining macron] (Z = 4) (G) ↔ P2/c (Z = 8) (G). Crystal structures of different phases were determined.

The birefringence Δn = (no - ne), the rotation angle of the optical indicatrix ϕ(T) and unit cell parameters were measured in the temperature range 100-400 K. Three structural phase transitions were found at the temperatures: T1↓ = 279.

We conclude that increased quantal secretion of the transmitter induced by L-type Ca(2+) channel functioning requires activation of ryanodine receptors and calcium release from depots in motor terminals in mice.

A significant dependence between the type of cirrhosis and pronouncement of hepatic failure after the operation and life-time of a patient after the operation as well has been established. Type C has the greatest risk, type B requires differential approach, type A is prognostically favourable concerning both the outcome of the operation and life-time of a patient.

The influence of short repeated stresses weakened the inhibiting effect of the acute stress on the activity of enzymes. A conclusion is drawn about the high sensibility of salivary glands to stress influences.

In the previous large-scale trials, 1981-1984, the "Grippovak" had been evaluated positively as a completely harmless, serologically and immunologically active preparation reducing 3-3.5-fold the number of laboratory-verified cases of viral type A and B influenza in the vaccinees.

In the process of the immunological approbation of several experimental batches of the triyalent subunit influenza vaccine Grippovac, the pronounced immunogenicity of the antigens of all strains contained in the vaccine was established; most of the vaccinees were found to retain sufficiently high antibody titers for a year, and the essential total increase of antibody titers was found to occur after a single booster immunization. The serological checking of the diagnosed cases of influenza among immunized and nonimmunized children, carried out in two boarding schools during the influenza epidemic in the winter of 1984-1985 provided the proofs of the high effectiveness of Grippovac in preventing viral influenza, types A and B: the decrease of influenza morbidity among the immunized children reached 79,5-67,2-66,5% and the total morbidity rate in influenza in these two boarding scholls dropped, on the average, 3,0-3,5 times.

The trials demonstrated the harmlessness, the absence of adverse reactions, and except of the B type, the high antigenicity of vaccine preparation when administered in two injections. The optimal dose of each viral strain haemagglutinin (HA) was 15 micrograms in 0.
