Osteoarthritis (OA) is prevalent after anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury, but mechanismsunderlying its development are poorly understood. The purpose of this study was to determine if gait biomechanics and daily physical activity (PA) associate with cartilage T2 relaxation times, a marker of collagen organization and water content, 1 month after ACL injury. Twenty-seven participants (15-35 years old) without chondral lesions completed magnetic resonance imaging, three-dimensional gait analysis, and 1 week of PA accelerometry.

Clear cell sarcoma (CCS) is a rare tumour that manifests in tendons and aponeuroses of the distal extremities and comprises roughly 1% of all soft tissue cancers. Only two cases of a primary CCS arising in the lung have been reported in the literature, and neither were located in the lung apex. We report a case of a primary CCS located in the lung apex that originally presented as ptosis, as well as arm pain and weakness.

Background: Radiolucent lines surrounding prosthetic glenoid components are commonly seen after unconstrained total shoulder arthroplasty and can be a harbinger of subsequent glenoid component failure. Whether less than 100% glenoid seating is associated with the development of radiolucent lines around glenoid prostheses is unknown. This study investigated the association between incomplete glenoid component seating and periprosthetic glenoid radiolucencies.
