Background: The purpose of this article is to describe the development and implementation of a program to improve well-being in undergraduate students and promote positive transitions into the workplace. College students experience anxiety, depression, and impaired coping, which were exacerbated during the COVID-19 (coronavirus disease 2019) pandemic. As students transition into their career, it is imperative they develop positive coping strategies and resiliency to manage workplace stress.

Background: Mental health issues in college students are increasing, and nursing students may experience higher stress and anxiety levels than other college students. Limited data differentiate mental health characteristics of traditional Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) students.

Method: This descriptive mixed-methods study compared mental health characteristics between BSN ( = 21) and ABSN ( = 51) students.

The purpose of this article is to describe palliative care incorporation within the care of heart transplant patients. Palliative care is a holistic approach to care that includes symptom management and goal setting to improve patients' quality of life. Palliative care is designed to be used with patients who have chronic illness that impacts quality of life and should be incorporated early in the disease.
