[Compression fracture of a fragile lumbar vertebrae as a cause of low back pain].

The patient felt sharp back lumbal pain while lifting heavy object in flexion position of the back. Rtg showed compressive fracture of L2. MRI showed secondary posttraumatic edema around compressive fracture of the body of L2.
