Introduction: Preservatives are added to cosmetic, household cleaning, and other industrial products to prevent the growth of microorganisms. Unfortunately, exposure to these substances can cause sensitization.

Material And Methods: Between January and June 2015, we analyzed the ingredients of 2300 products commercially available in Spain to identify the frequency of a wide variety of preservatives in different product categories.

[Problems in the transmission of information during within-hospital medical consultations and referrals].

Objective: Within-hospital medical consultations and referrals (MCR) have many problems, among them are those related to the oral and written transmission of information. Our aim is to analyze problems in the transmission of information related to MCR, and possible differences between medical (MS) and surgical (SS) services.

Material And Methods: A prospective, observational study was conducted on the MCR requested to Internal Medicine Service over an 8 month period.
