The paper presents provisional data on the use of antithrombin III concentrate in the therapy of disseminated intravascular coagulation. Correction of insufficient antithrombin III activity in the complex therapy of thrombinemia and multiple organ dysfunctions is pathogenetically substantiated.

It is shown that in early acute noncomplicated respiratory disease Kan-Yang tablets relieves considerably the treatment course and promoted cure in good tolerance.

View Article and Find Full Text PDFA study is presented of lipid peroxidation and composition of lipids in erythrocyte membranes in 39 patients with viral hepatitis B. It was established that the content of free cholesterol, lyzophosphatidylcholins, malonic dialdehyde, lipohydroperoxides showed an increase while the level of phospholipids and antioxidant activity decreased in all patients. In patients with viral hepatitis B cytolytic syndrome the content of phosphatidylcholins and sphingomyelins was reduced while in those with cholestasis syndrome the content of phosphatidylethanolamines was reduced.

Determination of postmortem interval according to the time course of cathepsins activity within 5 days since death was carried out using myocardium and skeletal muscles of white breedless rats and cadavers of people who died of craniocerebral trauma.
