Objective: Fracture is a common traumatic disease and there is a risk of delayed healing after fracture occurs. This study aimed to explore the regulatory roles and clinical implications of OIP5-AS1 in delayed fracture healing.
Methods: The study included 80 normal fracture healing patients and 80 delayed fracture healing patients.
Background: Atrophic gastritis is of high risk of progressing to gastric cancer. Screening early gastric cancer and predicting the risk of atrophic gastritis developing into gastric cancer could improve the prognosis of gastric cancer.
Objective: This study evaluated the significance of miR-1260b in early gastric cancer and in the progression of atrophic gastritis to gastric cancer aiming to explore a reliable biomarker.
Background: Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) plays a pivotal role in bone regeneration by interaction with microRNAs (miRNAs) and constructing a lncRNA-miRNA regulatory network.
Objectives: This research aimed to elucidate the role of lncRNA CASC11 in the delayed healing process of tibial fractures and to explore its potential regulatory mechanisms.
Materials And Methods: The expression levels of CASC11 and miR-150-3p in serum samples were detected and the predictive capability of CASC11 regarding delayed healing in fracture patients.
