Methods: MiR-92a-3p expression and PTEN protein levels were quantified in a normal pancreatic cells (HPDE6-C7) and 5 pancreatic cancer cell lines (Panc-1, BxPC-3, AsPC-1,MIA Paca-2, and Capan-2) by real-time PCR and Western blotting, respectively.
