Background: The Chinese ethnic medicine Jie-Du-Huo-Xue Decoction (JDHXD) is used to alleviate neuroinflammation in cerebral ischemia (CI). Our previous studies have confirmed that JDHXD can inhibit microglial pyroptosis in CI. However, the pharmacological mechanism of JDHXD in alleviating neuroinflammation and pyroptosis needs to be further elucidated.

Despite being easy to implement and having fast convergence speed, balancing the convergence and diversity of multi-objective particle swarm optimization (MOPSO) needs to be further improved. A multi-objective particle swarm optimization with reverse multi-leaders (RMMOPSO) is proposed as a solution to the aforementioned issue. First, the convergence strategy of global ranking and the diversity strategy of mean angular distance are proposed, which are used to update the convergence archive and the diversity archive, respectively, to improve the convergence and diversity of solutions in the archives.

In this algorithm, a disturbance strategy based on boundary fluctuations is first used for the updated new particles and nondominant particles.

We aimed to investigate whether an increased pulsatility index (PI) is associated with WMH volume (WMHV) in individuals with aICAS.

Materials And Methods: All participants were recruited from the Kongcun Town aICAS Study, including a total of 103 participants with aICAS and 98 healthy controls (age- and sex-matched).
