Background: The Chinese ethnic medicine Jie-Du-Huo-Xue Decoction (JDHXD) is used to alleviate neuroinflammation in cerebral ischemia (CI). Our previous studies have confirmed that JDHXD can inhibit microglial pyroptosis in CI. However, the pharmacological mechanism of JDHXD in alleviating neuroinflammation and pyroptosis needs to be further elucidated.

A multi-objective particle swarm optimization with reverse multi-leaders (RMMOPSO) is proposed as a solution to the aforementioned issue. First, the convergence strategy of global ranking and the diversity strategy of mean angular distance are proposed, which are used to update the convergence archive and the diversity archive, respectively, to improve the convergence and diversity of solutions in the archives.

In recent years, researchers have solved the multi-objective optimization problem by making various improvements to the multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm. However, we propose a hybrid multi-objective particle swarm optimization (CCHMOPSO) with a central control strategy. In this algorithm, a disturbance strategy based on boundary fluctuations is first used for the updated new particles and nondominant particles.

We aimed to investigate whether an increased pulsatility index (PI) is associated with WMH volume (WMHV) in individuals with aICAS.
Materials And Methods: All participants were recruited from the Kongcun Town aICAS Study, including a total of 103 participants with aICAS and 98 healthy controls (age- and sex-matched).
Background: Gastric carcinoma high expressed transcript 1 (GHET1) is a long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) that is aberrantly upregulated in numerous cancers. Here we carried out a systematical meta-analysis to investigate the potential prognostic and clinicopathologic significance of lncRNA GHET1 expression in multiple types of malignant tumors.
Methods: A systematic document retrieval of the online databases Embase, PubMed, and CNKI for studies relevant to the connection between lncRNA GHET1 level and clinical result of tumors was conducted (up to May 8, 2019).
Aim: To evaluate the effect of community-nurse-led multidisciplinary team management on glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), quality of life (QOL), hospitalization, and help-seeking behavior in people with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM).
Methods: A quasi-experimental trial was conducted among people with type 2 DM from two community centers in China. The intervention group ( = 88) received community-nurse-led multidisciplinary team management for 2 years, while the control group ( = 91) received usual care.
Smoking is considered the major risk factor for lung cancer, but only a small portion of female lung adenocarcinoma patients are associated with smoking. Thus, identifying crucial genes and pathways related to nonsmoking female lung cancer patients is of great importance. Gene expression profiles were downloaded from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) and the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) databases.

We conducted the present meta-analysis to explore the potential of HOXA11-AS as a common predictive biomarker for metastasis and prognosis in malignant tumors.
Methods: A systematic literature search on the online electronic databases of PubMed, Web of Science, and Embase was carried out to determine relevant studies (as of July 9, 2017).
Accumulating evidences indicated that tumor suppressor candidate 7 (TUSC7) is a putatively tumor suppressor gene in various tumors. We carried out current systematic review and meta-analysis to explore the decreased expression of TUSC7 associate with prognostic and clinicopathological characteristic in cancer patients. A literature collection search in the online electronic databases PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, and CNKI was conducted to obtain eligible studies (up to February 20, 2017).

This study aimed to evaluate the early imaging characteristics of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST). A retrospective analysis was conducted of the clinical and imaging data of 62 patients with CVST diagnosed by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and/or digital subtraction angiography (DSA). In the 62 cases, MRI (1.

Methods: The rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups: group A without any treatment, group B with single treatment of stilamin, and group C with treatment of saizen combined with stilamin. The blood levels of D-lactate, insulinlike growth factor 1, prealbumin, and albumin were detected at the 6th, 12th, 24th, 48th, and 72nd hours after modeling.
