- A retrospective analysis of 12 patients showed that 50% experienced over 20% tumor volume reduction, with significant decreases in growth rates while on treatment compared to before (P ≤ 0.05).
- Ivosidenib was well tolerated, indicating a promising option with a median progression-free survival of 75% at 9 months, and changes in tumor volume became noticeable after a delay of 5 months on the drug.
