Objective: To report a rare case of ectopic mesonephric duct cyst with ectopic testicular malignancy and improve the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of a case of ectopic mesonephric duct cyst with ectopic testicular malignancy, reviewed relevant literature at home and abroad, and investigated the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
Results: A large cyst and the right ectopic malignant testis were removed via abdominal incision, and the left undescended testis was lowered into the scrotum.
A 28-year-old man was referred to our department for the management of recurrent hemospermia during the past 5 years. Genital examination and hormonal levels were normal. Semen analysis showed no change in volume and pH; however, hemospermia and asthenozoospermia were observed.

Objective: To explore the ultrastructural changes of hepatocyte fibrogenesis in cholelithiasis in biliary tract.
Methods: l0 liver biopsies were taken from the patients suffered from gallstone and choledocholithiasis during surgical treatment and the ultrastructural changes were observed under electromicroscope.
Results: There were plentiful collagenous microfibrils (CMFs) grown within some hepatocytes.
