Background: Recently, therapeutic antibodies against programmed cell death 1 (PD-1) and its ligand (PD-L1) have exerted potent anticancer effect in a variety of tumors. The outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) posed an unprecedented challenge on public health systems. Despite the measures put in place to contain it, COVID-19 is likely to continue experiencing sporadic outbreaks for some time, and individuals will remain susceptible to recurrent infections. Background: Prophylactic granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) has been shown to effectively prevent febrile neutropenia (FN) and grade 3/4 neutropenia during myelosuppressive treatment.
