Objective: To explore the efficacy and safety of combination therapy with methotrexate (MTX) plus hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) vs. MTX monotherapy in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
Methods: Sixty patients without prior RA treatments were randomly allocated in a 1:1 ratio to two groups: one receiving MTX plus HCQ, and the other receiving MTX monotherapy.
Background: Ewing sarcoma (ES) is a common primary bone tumor in children. Our study aimed to compare overall survival (OS) between pediatric and adult bone ES patients, identify independent prognostic factors and develop a nomogram for predicting OS in adult patients with ES of bone.
Methods: We retrospectively analyzed data for the 2004-2015 period from the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) database.
