Background Temporal artery biopsy (TAB) is the recommended index diagnostic method for giant cell arteritis (GCA). Per the British Society for Rheumatology (BSR) guidelines, we assessed our procedural performance. Additionally, we evaluated the occurrence of GCA diagnosis in immunosuppressed patients and other comorbidities.
