Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the agenesis of third molars (M3) in children with permanent dentition in a limited population in the province of Izmir, Turkey.
Study Design: The panoramic radiographs of 773 patients (457 females, 316 males) were evaluated retrospectively at the Dental Hospital of Ministry of Health in İzmir, Turkey. The patients' ages ranged from 12-18 years.
Aim: The aim of this study was to compare the fracture resistance of teeth filled with AH Plus and MTA Fillapex root canal sealers by using different root canal obturation techniques.
Materials And Methods: One hundred and twenty pieces of single-rooted-and-canalled mandibular premolar teeth were selected. After the crowns were removed from the cemento-enamel junction, they were divided into 10 groups (n = 12).
Objective: The aim of this study was to examine whether the Demirjian method would be appropriate for estimation of the dental age of western Turkish children.
Materials And Methods: This study comprised 635 Turkish children (age = 7-16 years) from the western Aegean region who were chosen on the basis of radiological evidence from digital orthopantomograms. Their dental maturity was evaluated according to the stages proposed by Demirjian.

The purpose of this study was to compare the surface pH level of four different type sealers after mixing at various time intervals in vitro. After cleaning and shaping root canals in 50 recently extracted, single-rooted human teeth, they were divided into six groups. Each of four groups was obturated with Apexit, N2, Sealapex, and Grossman sealers.
