Objectives: Artificial intelligence (AI) applications are increasingly being utilized by both patients and physicians for accessing medical information. This study focused on the urolithiasis section (pertaining to kidney and ureteral stones) of the European Association of Urology (EAU) guideline, a key reference for urologists.
Material And Methods: We directed inquiries to four distinct AI chatbots to assess their responses in relation to guideline adherence.
Purpose: We aimed to evaluate the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of the miRNA-371a-3p for the primary diagnosis of germ cell tumors (GCT) and to investigate its relationship with pathological factors and clinical stage in the Turkish population.
Materials And Methods: In this prospective study, a total of 60 patients with GCTs, and 40 healthy male controls were examined for serum levels of miRNA-371a-3p before orchiectomy and again two weeks after surgery. The miRNA-371a-3p, alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), and beta-human chorionic gonadotropin (bHCG) levels in the preoperative and postoperative periods were compared at different clinical stages.
The primary aim of the present in vitro study is to analyze the chemical content of the bubbles occurring during the fragmentation of cystine stones with both the high-power and low-power holmium:YAG (Ho:YAG) lasers. The secondary aim is to discuss their clinical importance. Three types of human renal calculi calcium oxalate monohydrate (COM), cystine, and uric acid were fragmented with both low-power and high-power Ho:YAG lasers in separate experimental setups at room temperature, during which time it was observed whether gas was produced.

Introduction And Hypothesis: The objective of the study is to evaluate the reliability and quality of the most-viewed female urinary incontinence-related TikTok and YouTube posts. Our second goal is to analyze the differences in the quality and content of videos between these platforms.
Methods: We searched for the keyword "female urinary incontinence" on TikTok and YouTube on 1 March 2023.

A 25-year-old woman had a mass of approximately 65 cm × 33 cm × 102 cm, located in the left paraaortic area on CT scan. It was diagnosed as retroperitoneal malignant neoplasm on imaging. Afterward, open retroperitoneal tumor excision was performed.

Methods: The data of patients who underwent RIRS for kidney stones between January 2018 and June 2022 at two tertiary centers were retrospectively analyzed. Demographic data of patients were obtained.
This study aimed to evaluate the cyberchondria levels of patients who applied to the urology outpatient clinic. The second goal of this study was to evaluate the relationship between cyberchondria severity and health anxiety in these patients. The present prospective observational study was conducted at the urology outpatient clinic of two tertiary centers in our city between September and December 2021.

Methods: The patients' data whose underwent standard urodynamic study at two tertiary centers in our city. The period between January 2015-January 2021 was reviewed retrospectively.
Objectives: To investigate alterations in depicted penis size by evaluating nude male paintings from the 15th to 21st centuries.
Materials And Methods: Nude-male paintings were identified from various art history websites and analysed to determine changes in penis size over time. Two observers organised the paintings according to the century in which they were created and made the calculations.

Objective: To evaluate if voiding through the zipper or voiding pants down would make any difference with regard to uroflowmetry parameters and postvoiding residual urine (PVR) volumes in healthy males with no lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS).
Methods: Healthy males over 18 years of age with no LUTS were prospectively evaluated using a uroflowmetry test. Each individual was asked to void through the zipper (group 1) and pants down (group 2) at different times.
Aim: The aim of this study is to evaluate sonographic testicular volume of patients who underwent surgical detorsion due to testicular torsion and to reveal the frequency of long-term testicular volume loss and the factors affecting it.
Method: The files of patients who underwent surgical detorsion due to unilateral testicular torsion in our hospital between 2011 and 2019 were reviewed retrospectively. Age at the time of detorsion surgery, time from the onset of pain to surgery, degree of torsion, and ultrasonographic testicular volumes before detorsion were noted.
Objective: To make an extensive evaluation about the effects of histopathological findings acquired from the resection materials of patients who underwent transurethral resection of prostate (TUR-P) due to benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) on postoperative urethral stricture formation.
Materials And Methods: Among patients who had TUR-P due to BPH and were followed up for minimum 6 months, 51 patients detected to have urethral stricture based on endoscopic imaging were included in the urethral stricture group (Group 1) and 52 patients without urethral stricture were included in the control group (Group 2). The relation between histopathological findings of TURP materials and postoperative stricture occurrence was investigated.
After nephron-sparing surgery (NSS), postsurgical fatty tumor could be mistakenly reported as angiomyolipoma during radiologic imaging of some patients. In the present paper, we studied the postsurgical fatty tumor detected after NSS but not covered before in the literature. In addition, we also evaluated whether the postsurgical fatty tumor was related to the surgical technique employed.

Methods: Patients were screened if they had a semen analysis performed between October 1, 2019, and December 1, 2020, in the assisted reproduction unit and later had positive polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test for SARS-CoV-2 infection. The patients' semen parameters were recorded before and after SARS-CoV-2 infection, along with degrees of SARS-CoV-2 infection, dates of SARS-CoV-2 infection, durations between the treatment for SARS-CoV-2 infection and the second semen analysis, time of symptom onset, duration of their symptoms, ages, comorbidities, and any medications patients were taking.
Patients with Klinefelter syndrome (KS) show a typically 47,XXY karyotype; however, some variations have been observed, including 47,XX,der(Y), 46,XY/47,XXY, 48,XXXY, 48,XXYY, and mosaicism or structural sex chromosome abnormalities in some patients. In the literature, a rare KS variant, 47,X,del(Xq),Y karyotype, was reported in only a few cases prior to 1981. A 40-year-old man (IV-3) was referred to our department due to infertility.

The levels of these biomarkers increase especially in the early period of nephrotoxic and ischemic renal damage. In this study, we aimed to investigate the clinical importance of NGAL and KIM-1 biomarkers used in the effective evaluation of kidney functions in patients with acute unilateral obstructive stone disease (AUOSD) in the management of endoscopic surgery.

Also, the secondary aim of this study is to identify the factors affecting the stone-free rates (SFRs) of RIRS.
Methods: We retrospectively compared perioperative results, SFRs, and complication rates (CRs) between pediatric (group 1, n: 55) and adult (group 2, n: 220) age groups diagnosed with kidney stones and treated by flexible ureterorenoscopy using the same instruments.
The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of transurethral cystolithotripsy (TUC) and percutaneous cystolithotripsy (PCC) in prepubertal patients with 10-20 mm bladder stones. The files of patients aged 12 years and under who were admitted to our clinic for bladder stones from January 2007 to January 2021 were reviewed retrospectively. Inclusion criteria were patients who were 12 years of age and under with 10-20 mm bladder stones, and who underwent endoscopic surgery (TUC or PCC).
