A case of Meckel's diverticulitis treated on the assumption of Crohn's disease.

Meckel's diverticulum is the most common congenital abnormality of the gastrointestinal system. It usually has an asymptomatic course and is detected incidentally during laparoscopy. Symptomatic cases are mostly observed under two years of age.
