Uterine arteriovenous malformations are possible causes of persistent metrorrhagia, in particular in patients with a history of abortion and trophoblast diseases. We here report the diagnostic and therapeutic features of two patients with uterine arteriovenous malformations complicating post-abortion in the Maternity Ward of the University Hospital of Pointe-a-Pitre in Guadeloupe. Patients had metrorrhagias after abortion with curettage.
