Reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome (RCVS) is a non-inflammatory vasculopathy. While most patients have good clinical outcomes, RCVS can be associated with severe brain injury from ischemic stroke, subarachnoid, and intracerebral hemorrhage.
