Primary central nervous system lymphomas (PCNSLs) are typically intraparenchymal. A subset of PCNSLs predominantly arises in the ventricles, with minimal parenchymal involvement. We review the clinical, radiological, and pathological features of ventricle-predominant PCNSLs (VP-PCNSLs) in 40 previously reported cases and report 5 additional cases.

Case Description: We describe the near-fatal clinical course of a 7-month-old infant who experienced an acute giant aneurysm rerupture with signs of bFDPs.
Background: Malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors (MPNSTs) are rare soft tissue sarcomas, with approximately 50% occurring in patients diagnosed with neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF-1). NF-1 occurs in approximately 1/3000 individuals, and given that the lifetime prevalence of MPNST is estimated at 8%-13%, synchronous development of separate MPNSTs is plausible. We sought to report the incidence of synchronous MPNST in a cohort of pathology-proven cases since 1994.

They are generally found incidentally with a benign clinical course and can be usually managed by observation. We report an unusual case of a middle fossa AC presenting with spontaneous intracystic hemorrhage along with subdural hematoma (SDH) causing significant mass effect and midline shift requiring surgical treatment.

Targeted fascicular biopsy can be useful to diagnose atypical lesions within peripheral nerves in patients with major or progressive neurological deficits. In this video, the authors demonstrate the technique of targeted fascicular biopsy of the sciatic nerve in a 63-year-old man with a history of prostate cancer.

Case Description: A 50-year-old woman presented with a malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor of the left fifth metatarsal head. Further examination revealed a right renal mass and left breast mass.
OBJECTIVE Anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) is one of the most commonly performed spine procedures. It can be used to correct cervical kyphotic deformity, which is the most common cervical deformity, and is often performed using lordotic interbody devices. Worsening of the cervical sagittal parameters is associated with decreased health-related quality of life.

Grading scales are available to aid the assessment of curative risk for microsurgery and radiosurgery. No grading system has been developed to assess the curative risk of endovascular surgery.
