Background: Noise-Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) may have a significant effect on individual job performance (IJP). These effects may exert through aggression and work-related quality of life (WRQoL). Hence, the present study was conducted to investigate the modeling of the impact of NIHL on IJP by exploring the role of aggression and WRQoL.

In this context, desulfurative carboxylation of this class of compounds using carbon dioxide (CO) as a sustainable and renewable source of carboxyl has recently been developed as an efficient option for the synthesis of carboxylic acid derivatives. The aim of this Focus Review is to summarize the major progress in this appealing research field with particular emphasis on the mechanistic features of the reactions.

The metal-catalyzed reactions are discussed first. This is followed by electro-synthesis and organophosphorus-catalyzed reactions.

These new compounds were synthesized by using multicomponent reaction of aldehydes, guanidine, electron deficient acetylenic compounds, tert-butyl isocyanide and hydrazonoyle chloride in aqueous media. Due to the presence of an NH group, which was assessed using two different methodologies, newly synthesized pyrimidine triazoles have antioxidant properties.

Among the various CO-conversion processes, carboxylation reactions represent one of the most beautiful and attractive research topics in the field, since it offers the possibility for the construction of synthetically and biologically important carboxylic acids from various easily accessible (pseudo)halides, organosilicon, and organoboron compounds. The purpose of this review is to summarize the available literature on deoxygenative carboxylation of alcohols and their derivatives utilizing CO as a carboxylative reagent.

The Schiff base derivatives () were synthesized the reaction of Sulfathiazole () with benzaldehyde derivatives (), followed by the synthesis of 4-thiazoledinone () derivatives by cyclizing the synthesized Schiff bases through thioglycholic acid. All the synthesized compounds were characterized by spectroscopic techniques such as FT IR, NMR and HRMS.

They are easily and conveniently prepared from phenols using sulfuryl fluoride SOF as a low-cost sulfonyl fluoride provider. Recently, they served as less toxic and more atom economical alternatives to triflates in an impressive number of carbon-carbon and carbon-heteroatom cross-coupling reactions.

The aim of this study was to evaluate oxidative stress, biochemical markers, and psychological parameters among cement plant workers. In this cross-sectional study, 40 workers exposed to cement and 40 office employees were selected as the exposed and non-exposed groups, respectively.

The end-capping moieties are obtained via a cascade sequence of sustainable organic reactions, and then coupled to benzo(c)(1,2,5)thiadiazole and its difluoro derivative as the electron-poor π-conjugated cores. The optoelectronic properties of the oligomers are reported.
