Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV) is a betacoronavirus that causes severe respiratory illness in humans. There are no licensed vaccines against MERS-CoV and only a few candidates in phase I clinical trials. Here, we develop MERS-CoV vaccines utilizing a computationally designed protein nanoparticle platform that has generated safe and immunogenic vaccines against various enveloped viruses, including a licensed vaccine for severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2).

Despite efforts to incorporate evidence-based practice into mental health settings, there has been inconsistent success doing so. Several barriers to the implementation of evidence-based practice have been identified, including limitations in time and statistical training. One promising approach to further bridge the science-practice gap is the greater use of meta-analytic studies to clarify the magnitude of treatment effects and to understand components of treatments that are more effective within specific populations.

Design, Setting, And Participants: This study used cross-sectional data from an existing individual participant data meta-analysis (IPDMA) database on PHQ-9 screening accuracy to represent a hypothetical population.
Aim: The aim of the study was to describe registered nurses' prelicensure educational experience as nursing students with physical disabilities.
Background: Social and academic support help establish connections with the educational environment, but efforts to engage students with disabilities are inconsistent. Faculty support beyond required accommodations facilitates a sense of empowerment.

The first iteration of the BabySeq Project (2015-2019), a randomized controlled trial of newborn sequencing, produced novel evidence on medical, behavioral, and economic outcomes. Methods: Informed by a 5-domain conceptual model, we used a 5-step approach to instrument development and validation: (1) item writing, (2) cognitive testing, (3) pilot testing and item reduction, (4) psychometric testing, and (5) evaluation of construct validity.
