We present a case of a 23-year-old male complaining of painless loss of vision in right eye for 1 year and rapidly progressing vision loss in left eye with bilateral lateral rectus palsy. His fundoscopy revealed optic atrophy on the right side and papilledema on the left. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed intra-axial contrast-enhancing left frontal tumor.
