Nasal-type natural killer/T-cell lymphoma (NKL) is a rare but distinct malignancy that often involves the mid-facial region and the gastrointestinal tract. This study is the first genome-wide allelotyping analysis on this rare lymphoma. We applied 382 microsatellite markers covering loci which spanned 22 autosomes to screen for allelic imbalances (AI) in six intestinal NKL.
