Unusual Presentation of Giant Cell Tumor in Skeletally Immature Patient in Diaphysis of Ulna.

Giant cell tumor is a locally aggressive benign tumor. Giant cell tumor of bone is characteristically found in skeletally mature patient at the end of long bones in the epiphyseal region or epiphysio-metaphyseal region. Giant cell tumor is very rare in skeletally immature patient.
