Hypothermic machine perfusion (HMP) has been shown to reduce delayed graft function (DGF)-rates in kidneys from expanded criteria donors (ECD) and may increase graft survival compared with static cold storage (SCS). This single-center, retrospective observational study aimed to evaluate this effect.
