Purpose: To evaluate and analyze the current literature regarding clinical outcomes after posterolateral corner reconstruction (PLCR) using fibular-based and tibial-based techniques.
Methods: A systematic review of the literature was performed to evaluate patient-reported outcomes after PLCR. Embase, PubMed, and Scopus were searched from their respective inception through October 25, 2022.
The number of spinal operations performed in the United States has significantly increased in recent years. Along with these rising numbers, there has been a corresponding increase in the number of patient comorbidities. The focus of this article is to review comorbidities in Spine surgery patients and outline strategies to optimize patients and avoid complications.

Retrospective review identified 244 patients who underwent single-stage revision ACLR at a single center with available preoperative radiographs. Patient and surgical factors were extracted by chart review.

Hypothesis: Graft failure risk, patient-reported outcomes, and anterior knee laxity are similar after 1- and 2-stage revision ACLR.
Background: Recurrent patellar instability is frequently treated surgically with reconstruction of the medial patellofemoral ligament (MPFL). Patients with significant patella alta, trochlear dysplasia, and/or an elevated tibial tubercle-trochlear groove (TT-TG) distance may benefit from a concurrent bony procedure such as tibial tubercle osteotomy or trochleoplasty. The indications to perform such procedures are traditionally based on imaging criteria but remain controversial.
