Background: Spinal anesthesia is a commonly performed procedure with unpredictable difficulty. The objective of this study was to predict a difficult lumbar spinal anesthesia with clinical elements that are easy to collect.
Methods: A questionnaire-based, observational study named NBA, conducted from February 2018 to June 2018.
Objective: To investigate whether human umbilical cord blood mesenchymal stem cells, a novel source of progenitors with multilineage potential: 1) decrease traumatic brain injury sequelae and restore brain function; 2) are able to survive and home to the lesioned region; and 3) induce relevant changes in the environment in which they are infused.
Design: Prospective experimental study.
Setting: Research laboratory.
