Vascular Ehlers-Danlos syndrome is a rare genetic and hereditary disorder that affects and weakens the structure and sustentability of medium and large size arteries, causing severe clinical complications, often fatal, such as is the case of spontaneous ruptures, aneurysms or arterial dissections.
