Hydroxyapatite deposition disease (HADD) is a rare cause of carpal tunnel syndrome. This is a case report of a 55-year-old male who presented with symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome and was subsequently found to have HADD. The diagnosis of HADD is made by the identification of poorly defined cloudy calcifications on radiography of the hand and wrist.
