The Impact of Helicobacter pylori on Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy Postoperative Complications: a Systematic Review and Meta-analysis.

We aimed to assess the impact of Helicobacter pylori infection on postoperative outcomes following laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG). We searched Cochrane, Scopus, and PubMed databases, reviewed 1026 studies, and thoroughly analyzed 42 of them. Our final analysis included 13 studies comprising 6199 patients.
