Objectives: To assess the performance of dynamic or 4D CT in characterizing endoleaks in advanced endovascular aortic repair (branched and fenestrated) when other modalities fail to fully characterize the leak, most often conventional CTA.

Methods: Retrospective review of 13 patients from 2008 to 2021 who underwent 16 4D CTs to characterize endoleaks in branched and fenestrated endovascular aortic repair (FB-EVAR). The 4D CTs were performed covering up to 16 cm of the , with anywhere between 10 and 40 iterations performed every 2 s.

Background: Uretero-arterial fistulas (UAFs) are uncommon and pose a diagnostic dilemma, making them life threatening if not recognized and treated expediently. UAFs to small arteries such as a branch of the inferior mesenteric artery (IMA) are very uncommon and present a further diagnostic and treatment challenge. There should be a high index of suspicion for UAFs when intervening on patients with history of treated pelvic cancers and long-standing ureteric stents experiencing hematuria not attributable to another cause.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to identify the details of percutaneous catheter drainage (PCD) of pyogenic liver abscesses, the etiologic factors, and the management techniques that contribute to successful treatment.

Materials And Methods: The records of 75 consecutively registered patients who underwent PCD of 96 abscesses at a single institution between May 2009 and May 2014 were retrospectively reviewed. Thirty-nine patients (52%) were oncology patients, and 36 (48%) had recently undergone abdominal surgery.
