The study analyzes women's beliefs about breast cancer and screening, focusing on translating the Champion's Revised Health Belief Model Scale (CRHBMS) into Persian and assessing its validity and reliability.
Conducted on 334 medical students in Iran, the translation process involved item analysis, Content Validity Ratio (CVR), and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) to ensure accurate measurement of various belief factors.
Findings indicate that the translated scale effectively identifies eight important factors related to breast cancer screening, confirming its utility for assessing women's health beliefs in the Persian-speaking context.
