Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma of the phalanx: a case report.

Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma (EH) of a hand bone is extremely rare. We describe a patient with a phalangeal EH. This was treated by resection of the entire middle phalanx with no recurrence within a 10-year postsurgical follow-up period.
