Background: Kidney complications associated with anticancer drug therapy have greatly increased recently. We aimed to investigate the real-world clinical outcomes of anticancer drug therapy-associated renal complications in Japan using the national kidney biopsy database, Japan Renal Biopsy Registry (J-RBR).
Methods: From 2018 to 2021, 449 cases from 49 facilities identified as 'drug-induced' histopathology in the J-RBR were screened, of which a total of 135 were confirmed as anticancer drug-related cases and included in the analysis.
Unlabelled: Over 170 types of chemical modifications have been identified in cellular RNAs across the three domains of life. Modified RNA is eventually degraded to constituent nucleosides, and in mammals, modified nucleosides are released into the extracellular space. By contrast, the fate of modified nucleosides in bacteria remains unknown.

In our current study, we assess durability and booster effects of that vaccine over a period representing a mouse's lifespan. The vaccine remained effective for over one year, and booster vaccination maintained suppression of circulating triglyceride levels thereafter without major adverse effects on lungs, kidneys, or liver, suggesting vaccine efficacy and safety.

Most cases typically exhibit cutaneous manifestations such as port-wine stains and limb hypertrophy from infancy, but cases with mild manifestations may remain undiagnosed.
