The test principle includes, first, antigen-antibody reaction, and secondly, DNA (oligonucleotide)-DNA interaction. The test device is composed of colloidal gold-labeled HBs antibody and TP antigen, and oligonucleotide-labeled HBs antibody and TP antigen.
