Fatigue is a distressing complaint with high detriment to quality of life that persists in one-third of colorectal cancer survivors after cancer treatment. Previous studies in mixed groups of cancer patients have suggested sleep quality is associated with fatigue. We aimed to investigate this association in colorectal cancer survivors up until two years post-treatment.
