Background: Barrett's esophagus (BE) and dysplasia are often missed by Seattle protocol biopsies (SPB). Wide-area transepithelial sampling with 3-dimensional computer-assisted analysis (WATS-3D) with SPB improves detection in treatment-naïve patients.
