Objective: There are many potential barriers to an individual's readiness and ability to use telehealth, including technology access, trust and knowledge. This qualitative study was a partnership between Jefferson and Esperanza Health Center (EHC), focused on addressing barriers to digital readiness among the Latino population served by EHC.

Methods: We conducted semi-structured interviews with Latino patients to assess their experiences with technology and willingness to learn more about technology for healthcare.

For CenteringParenting-an integrated, group participatory approach to maternal and child health-this study aimed to explore maternal participants' experiences and children's clinical metrics compared with those receiving traditional well-care visits in the same community health center. A mixed-methods approach evaluated the impact of the CenteringParenting program on infant outcomes and maternal and staff experiences. This study was conducted at Neighborhood Family Practice (NFP), an urban federally qualified community health center on the west side of Cleveland, Ohio.

Diabetes mellitus accelerates cardiovascular microangiopathies and atherosclerosis, which are a consequence of hyperglycemia. The aldose reductase (AR) polyol pathway contributes to these microvascular complications, but how it mediates vascular damage in response to hyperglycemia is less understood. The RUNX2 transcription factor, which is repressed in diabetic animals, promotes vascular endothelial cell (EC) migration, proliferation, and angiogenesis.
