The authors are presenting an 18 year old male with history of end stage renal disease and rejected renal transplant. In his workup echocardiogram and non contract CT of chest revealed diffuse endocardial and myocardial calcifications. Extensive cardiac calcification is a rare but important entity in relation to end stage renal disease as it may cause complications such as valvular dysfunction and fatal arrhythmia.

Therapeutic arthrography not only rules in and rules out the origin of pain but can provide 6 to 9 months of pain relief in diseased joints. Therapeutic arthrography allows injections of anesthetic, corticosteroid, or alternatively hyaluronic acid to be delivered accurately to the source of pain.

Epidermal inclusion cyst is a common benign soft-tissue lesion of skin. It often presents as a small lesion, but rarely grows to a large mass. We are presenting a giant gluteal epidermal inclusion cyst that grew to an enormous size, masquerading as a large soft-tissue neoplasm.
