Background: Care of pregnant mothers is one of the most important services provided in the healthcare system.
Objective: This study aims to identify and evaluate human errors in the care process of pregnant mothers using the extensive Cognitive Reliability and Error Analysis Method (CREAM).
Methods: In this study, tasks and activities related to the care of pregnant mothers in the health center and hospital were first analyzed using the HTA (hierarchical task analysis).
Background: Vibration is one of the harmful factors for forklift drivers. The use of non- standard seats and not paying attention to how the seats are maintained can be affected by the amount of vibration transmitted to the person.
Objective: This study investigates the amount of vibration transmitted from the forklift and the effect of different types of polyurethane foam in reducing the vibration transmitted from the forklift seat.
The central oxygen unit of hospitals is considered a high-risk unit, requiring high safety standards to maintain the integrity of the system during the COVID-19 pandemic. The linear reasoning assumption of conventional risk analysis methods cannot adequately describe these modern systems, which are characterized by tight connections and complex interactions between technical, human, and organizational aspects. Therefore, this study presents a new and comprehensive approach to oxygen tanks in hospitals during the COVID-19 pandemic.
