Abortion care at 20 weeks and over in Victoria: a thematic analysis of healthcare providers' experiences.

Background: In many countries, abortions at 20 weeks and over for indications other than fetal or maternal medicine are difficult to access due to legal restrictions and limited availability of services. The Abortion and Contraception Service at the Royal Women's Hospital in Victoria, Australia is the only service in the state that provides this service. The views and experiences of these abortion providers can give insight into the experiences of staff and women and the abortion system accessibility.

Patients' experience of shoulder disorders: a systematic review of qualitative studies for the OMERACT Shoulder Core Domain Set.

Objectives: To describe the experiences (including symptoms and perceived impacts on daily living) of people with a shoulder disorder.

Methods: Systematic review of qualitative studies. We searched for eligible qualitative studies indexed in Ovid MEDLINE, Ovid Embase, CINAHL (EBSCO), SportDiscus (EBSCO) and Ovid PsycINFO up until November 2017.

Effect of breakfast on weight and energy intake: systematic review and meta-analysis of randomised controlled trials.

Objective: To examine the effect of regular breakfast consumption on weight change and energy intake in people living in high income countries.

Design: Systematic review and meta-analysis.

Data Sources: PubMed, Ovid Medline, and CINAHL were searched for randomised controlled trials published between January 1990 and January 2018 investigating the effect of breakfast on weight or energy intake.

Perceived cognitive function and emotional distress following coronary artery bypass surgery.

Many patients experience decrements in cognitive function and emotional adjustment following coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery. Moreover, cognitive decline and emotional distress are often positively related. This study evaluated the cross-sectional and prospective associations of emotional and subjective cognitive complaints, to assess the hypothesis that they would be mutually reinforcing.
