Genotyping and molecular investigation of plasmid-mediated carbapenem resistant clinical isolates in Egypt.

This study aimed to molecularly detect carbapenem resistance genes in clinical isolates, genotype them using ERIC-PCR, and investigate plasmid transformation of resistant genes by using ERIC-PCR and sequencing.
