Introduction: Admission hyponatremia, frequent in patients hospitalized for COVID-19, has been associated with increased mortality. However, although euvolemic hyponatremia secondary to the Syndrome of Inappropriate Antidiuresis (SIAD) is the single most common cause of hyponatremia in community-acquired pneumonia (CAP), a thorough and rigorous assessment of the volemia of hyponatremic COVID-19 subjects has yet to be described. We sought to identify factors contributing to mortality and hospital length-of-stay (LOS) in hospitalized COVID-19 patients admitted with hyponatremia, taking volemia into account.

Material And Methods: An anonymous 2-phase (2020/2021) online survey was conducted by the AdrenoSEEN group among SEEN members with data about screening, confirmation tests, availability of catheterisation and the treatment of PA.
Results: Eighty-eight (88) specialists completed the survey.
Background: Laparoscopic adrenalectomy (LA) is the gold standard treatment for unilateral primary aldosteronism. However, satisfactory results have also been published with radiofrequency ablation (RFA). The aim of this study was to compare LA and RFA for the treatment of primary aldosteronism.

Material And Methods: An analytical and prospective study conducted on adolescents between 14 and 18 years old with GI, and who attended the Endocrinology clinic during 2018-2019. The sample included 23 transgender cases (16 male and 7 female cases) and 30 cisgender controls.

Introduction: the ultimate cause for the increased incidence of gastric ulcer following Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (RYGB) remains unclear. Treatment of HP infection is recommended before surgery in countries with high prevalence such as Spain in other to diminish the risk. However, the current regimens used might not be adequate in view of the high failure rate for HP eradication.
