The authors developed the tactics of treatment in different anatomical variants of affections of the vascular bed with consideration for the results of USDG, in "story" occlusions among others. The role of USDG in prognosticating the results of reconstructions and in the regular medical examination of the patients in the late-term postoperative period is shown.
